The Mission

What Does a Typical Workday Look Like?

• Early bird: You start at 7 AM at our warehouse on Slachthuislaan.
• Materials master: You collect the necessary materials for the coming days.
• Planning pro: You receive a schedule from the planner showing the customers you’ll visit that week.
• Installation expert: You head to the customer to perform installations or repairs.
• Customer-friendly professional: You ensure professional and customer-friendly project completion.
• Traveling technician: You move on to your next customer and complete your entire list.

The Team

John is COO and will be happy to take you under his wing. He’s very approachable and always available for questions. Jef and Randy will show you the ropes during your first weeks. This allows you to settle in and receive the support you need to eventually work independently. At Fluxa, we treat everyone with respect and place great value on open communication and honesty.

Who We’re Looking For

Fluxa is seeking an experienced and driven B2B EV charging station electrician. In this role, you’ll be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing charging stations for business clients. You have solid knowledge of electrical systems and experience with B2B customers. You’re capable of working independently, solving problems quickly and effectively, and have an eye for detail. Additionally, you’re customer-oriented and communicate well, ensuring you can always provide our customers with the best possible service.
