Charging station service & maintenance

FLUXA can optionally assume responsibility for the maintenance of your charging infrastructure following its installation. We have several in-house technicians who can be rapidly deployed on-site to perform the necessary service. You can contact them for all issues with your charging station.

We offer several plans:

  • A standard maintenance contract.
  • A 24/7 maintenance contract underpinned by SLAs. This service provides a dedicated customer telephone number so that you can reach the Fluxa helpdesk at all times.

You can also opt for a warranty extension from 2 years to 5 years, for increased peace of mind. And it goes without saying that our helpdesk remains at your service and ready to assist in the following languages:
